Board of Directors
We refer to our nine-member board of directors to help provide the vision for how the NDIRF can provide the best possible coverages, claims services, and risk management training and resources for North Dakota local governments.
Our board members represent various local government entity types and are required to be employees or elected officials of an entity that obtains coverage through us.
Elected board members serve three-year terms, after which time they must seek reelection. Reelections are held annually, and results are announced at our Spring Annual Meeting.
