At the time this notice is being prepared, the Board of Directors of the NDIRF expects the agenda of its meeting to include the following topics:
- New Business
- Discussion and review of retaining outside counsel to represent the NDIRF in response to the ND Insurance Department Report of Examination.
- Discussion and review of ND Insurance Department Report of Examination, Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order.
As allowed pursuant to N.D.C.C. § 44-04-19.2, the Board of Directors of the NDIRF expects to enter into executive session under N.D.C.C. § 44-04-19.1(2) to receive its attorney’s advice and guidance on the legal risks, strengths, and weaknesses of an action that, if held in public, would have an adverse fiscal effect on the NDIRF.
