- Review of building purchase offer received for property located at 1320 West Century Avenue, Bismarck, ND 58503.
As allowed pursuant to N.D.C.C. § 44-04-19.2, the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the NDIRF expects to enter into executive session under N.D.C.C. § 44-04-19.1(9) to discuss negotiating strategy or provide negotiating instructions regarding a pending contract to sell real property.
