The Board of Directors of the North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund (NDIRF) will hold its annual meeting on May 9, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. CT. at the ND Heritage Center, Bismarck, ND.

At the time this notice is being prepared, the Board of Directors of the NDIRF expects the agenda of its meeting to include the following topics:

1. Call to order, establishment of quorum, approval of minutes of the 2023 Annual Meeting of Members and opening remarks by NDIRF Board Chairperson Chad Peterson.
2. Review of 2023 NDIRF business by CFO Nora Frueh, and Director of Member Services Corey Olson.
3. Presentation of 2023 NDIRF financial audit by Blake Ellefson, Eide Bailly, LLP.
4. Election of members to the NDIRF Board of Directors.
5. Questions from the floor.
6. Adjournment of business meeting.
