BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING NOTICE
FINANCE COMMITTEE

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund (NDIRF) will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on September 5, 2024, at 12:00 pm CT. The meeting will be held in person at 1320 West Century Avenue, Bismarck, ND.

At the time this notice is being prepared, the Finance Committee of the NDIRF Board of Directors expects the agenda of its meeting to include the following topics:

1. Review and acceptance of the 2nd Quarter 2024 Investment Report
2. Preliminary 2025 Budget Discussion
