NDIRF office to temporarily close beginning 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 19; Operations will continue remotely
Posted 3/19/20 (Thu)
In an effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community, the North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund (NDIRF) is temporarily closing our office beginning at 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, until further notice. We will inform you when our office will reopen via email as well as by sharing information on our website and our Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages.
We have equipped our employees with the capability to work remotely so we can maintain the NDIRF’s operations as well as provide support to our members via phone or email while our office is closed. To reach us, simply use the same NDIRF phone numbers and email addresses you use today. Our general line is 1-800-421-1988.
We are committed to serving our membership while also ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our members, employees, and community. With that being said, we may not have ready access to all the resources that we would otherwise have in our office. We appreciate your patience as we work through this unprecedented circumstance.
If you have any questions, please contact us at 1-800-421-1988 or by using the Contact Us form which is available here: http://www.ndirf.com/ndirf-info/contact-us/.
